How is Tooth & Coin different from other dental CPA and regular CPA firms?

There are a lot of really good dental CPA and general CPA firms out there. However, our digital focus makes us unique.

We were built with efficiency in mind so that the dental practice owner can truly outsource their accounting and tax services in an automated way. We spend a lot of time making sure our clients understand their numbers and are aware of potential tax burdens so that there are no surprises on tax day.

Our reports are designed to show you what your numbers mean, allowing you to quickly understand how you’re doing from a financial management perspective so that you can be sure your practice is on track for success.

How do we have meetings?

We try to take up as little of your time as possible, but discussions are inevitably a necessity in the client to CPA relationship. We will call or email, depending on your preferences. If a face to face meeting is required, we’ll jump on Skype, GoToMeeting, Join.Me, or Google Hangouts. Video meetings are convenient, and allow us to pull up files, resources, and documents that we can show you through screen sharing. We also have the ability to record our meetings so that you can pull them up later to refresh your memory.
